Information we may collect

• Account and contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number, organization, username, and account identifiers.
• Authentication, licensing, subscription, entitlement, purchase, billing, and transaction records.
• Content, preferences, saved settings, gameplay or workflow progress, and information submitted through a product.
• Device, browser, application version, diagnostics, crash, security, fraud-prevention, and service-usage information.
• Customer-care messages, deletion requests, support records, and other information you choose to provide.

How information is used

• Provide, secure, maintain, support, personalize, and improve products and services.
• Operate accounts, licenses, subscriptions, purchases, downloads, demos, and customer support.
• Detect abuse, investigate incidents, enforce agreements, and protect users, systems, and rights.
• Meet tax, accounting, regulatory, contractual, and legal obligations.
• Send transactional communications and, where permitted, product or service information.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with hosting, analytics, authentication, payment, app-store, communications, security, professional-adviser, and customer-support providers when needed to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed to comply with law, protect safety or rights, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Number Chest does not sell personal information for money.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, security, dispute resolution, licensing, transaction records, backups, and legal obligations. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when retention is required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, contractual, regulatory, or legal reasons.

To request account and associated personal-data deletion, use the public Delete Account page. Identity verification may be required before processing.

Your choices and rights

Depending on location, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. Users may also control applicable device permissions and unsubscribe from non-transactional communications.

Children’s privacy

Number Chest does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without authorization required by applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may contact Customer Care or submit a deletion request.

Security and international processing

Number Chest uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and information involved. No transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Information may be processed in locations where Number Chest or its service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Updates and contact

This policy may be updated to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date will be revised when material updates are published.
