Delete Account

Use this page to request deletion of an account used with a Number Chest website, mobile app, game, demo, licensed system, or related service.

What the request covers

After identity verification, Number Chest will delete or anonymize eligible account information and associated personal data. The request may cover LAG Hub, Poop Scouts, NASCA, NAIGIS, Swingerz, Cobill, Distribex, Radio Wave, Pay Rostra, Smart Tax, and other Number Chest products.

Transaction, license, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, security, contractual, backup, or legal records may be retained when required or permitted by law. Retained information will remain restricted to the applicable purpose.

What happens next

  1. The request is recorded and assigned a reference number.
  2. Number Chest may contact the account email to verify identity and authority.
  3. Eligible account data is deleted or anonymized, while required retention records remain restricted.
  4. A completion response is sent through the verified contact channel when processing is finished.
