Commercial license authority for Merchant Core production purchases and term leases.
Perpetual purchase — $25,000 one-time
A completed purchase grants a non-transferable business-use license to the purchased Merchant Core release and entitlement scope. The license does not expire merely because time passes. Future major versions, support, hosting, expanded locations/devices/staff, integrations, and other services are included only when stated in the executed commercial order.
Term lease — $1,497 setup + $297/month
A completed term lease grants a non-transferable business-use license while the paid lease remains active, subject to the recorded lease expiration, grace, suspension, renewal, and revocation policy and the executed commercial order.
Ownership and security boundary
Underlying Merchant Core software, source code, architecture, trademarks, and intellectual-property rights remain with Number Chest/provider unless a separate signed intellectual-property assignment expressly states otherwise. Licensed installers and activation credentials may not be redistributed.
Merchant Core uses supported payment providers and token/reference-based payout setup. Raw card numbers, CVV values, bank-routing numbers, and full bank-account numbers are not Merchant Core configuration values.
Support, updates, hosting, warranties, confidentiality, data return, limitation of liability, governing law, dispute terms, locations, devices, staff limits, and enabled modules are governed by the executed commercial order/provider legal schedule. If this public summary conflicts with the executed agreement/order, the executed agreement/order controls.
